  • You will leave with a clear recommendation: a specific kit, the Longevity Kit, an Optimization session, or a paid Health Map for a deeper review.

Free intake vs. Health Map.

A free intake is a short orientation conversation. A Health Map (CHF 49) is a paid 30-minute consultation that includes a pre-call questionnaire, optional data upload, and a written two-page roadmap. The free intake is right when you want to talk first; the Health Map is right when you want a written record and prep work on your data.
