How we handle your data.

Last updated 21 May 2026.

Who is responsible

Deepcare is a brand operated by Dimitris Messinis, sole proprietorship, Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Contact: support@deepcare.ch.

What we collect

Two categories of personal data. First, information you submit through booking forms, questionnaires, or email: name, contact details, and any health information you choose to share. Second, sample-derived data when you order a kit, namely the laboratory test results returned to us by the partner laboratory.

What we use it for

To deliver the Health Map, kits, Longevity Kit, and Optimization sessions you book; to communicate with you about your results; to comply with Swiss legal record-keeping requirements (FADP, fiscal). We do not sell or rent personal data.

Where data is processed

Booking, scheduling, and email run on Swiss and EU infrastructure (Cloudflare DNS, Resend EU region in Ireland, Gmail for inbox). Laboratory samples are processed at our partner laboratories: TruDiagnostic (Kentucky, USA), Doctor's Data (Illinois, USA), Precision Analytical (Oregon, USA), and Mosaic Diagnostics (Kansas, USA). Sending your sample to a US laboratory is a cross-border transfer under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). By ordering a kit you provide explicit consent to this transfer; the relevant US laboratories operate under their own data-protection commitments. You may revoke consent at any time, although this prevents us from delivering the kit.

How long we keep it

Personal data and test results are retained for the period required by Swiss fiscal and professional record-keeping requirements (typically 10 years for invoices and consultation records). You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site is statically generated and uses no third-party tracking, no analytics scripts, no advertising cookies. Booking and email tools may set their own essential cookies when you interact with them; this is described in the privacy policy of each tool.

Your rights under FADP

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing in specific cases. Write to support@deepcare.ch to exercise these rights.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch).
