FAQ

Questions, answered.

If yours is not here, write to support@deepcare.ch.

I've already done some tests elsewhere. Will the Health Map use them?

Yes. Upload PDFs, photos of paper reports, or wearable summaries when you book. We review everything before the call so the conversation starts where you are.

Are these tests covered by my insurance?

The kits are self-pay; Swiss basic insurance (LAMal) does not cover wellness-positioned testing. Optimization sessions (neurofeedback, biofeedback, photobiomodulation) at CHF 150 per hour are often partially or fully covered by Swiss supplementary insurances. Details on request from support@deepcare.ch.

Where do I send samples from?

Anywhere in Switzerland. We ship kits to you, you self-collect at home, and return shipping is included. For the TruAge kit specifically, a practitioner from Deepcare travels to your home to supervise the fingerstick collection.

What if I am in Zurich and you are in Neuchâtel?

Kits ship nationally. For Optimization sessions, you can travel to the Neuchâtel cabinet, or a practitioner travels to you anywhere in Switzerland by appointment. The Vielight transcranial photobiomodulation device and the HRV biofeedback equipment travel; the full-body photobiomodulation bed stays at the Neuchâtel cabinet.

How long until I get results?

Per-kit timing: Hair Elements about 10 days, MycoTOX about 14 days (+/- 5), GI MAP about 21 days, DUTCH Complete about 21 days, DUTCH Cycle Mapping & DUTCH Complete about 21 days, Omega-3 + Vitamin D about 21 days (+/- 5), TruAge about 21 days. Your Health Map consultation is scheduled within this window.

Is this medical advice?

No. A Health Map is direction, not diagnosis. The kits in the catalog are wellness-positioned tools that produce information you can take to your physician. Deepcare is led by a systems biologist, not a physician, and does not prescribe medication. For symptomatic concerns or an acute clinical question, see your GP.

Can I buy just one kit?

Yes, every kit is sold à la carte. Bundles save money but are never required.

What is the difference between a Health Map and a kit's results call?

A standalone Health Map (CHF 49) is for buyers who have not yet decided which kit fits. It reviews your existing data, goals, and symptoms and produces a written roadmap of what to measure and consider next. A kit's results call (included with every kit from CHF 249) focuses on interpreting that specific kit's findings and deciding what to do next.

Why no Deep Health or Cancer Prevention tracks?

These products required a Swiss-licensed physician formally attached to Deepcare's clinical roster, which is not in place today. Until that changes, blood panels, predictive genetic tests, and multi-cancer screening are deliberately not on the catalog.
