Deepcare is operated by Dimitris Messinis, PhD. Five practitioners advise on the science across endocrinology, gynaecology, primary care, wellness coaching, and nutrition. Four clinical laboratories run the kits.
Founder
Systems biology
Fifteen years across academia, startups, and industry, studying how biological mechanisms translate into clinical outcomes. Research at the U.S. FDA's Office of Clinical Pharmacology on predicting drug-induced cardiotoxicity. Co-author of a chapter in Methods in Molecular Biology on accelerating novel medicines and personalised medicine. Deepcare extends that discipline to the health choices people make for themselves.
Scientific advisors
Each runs an independent practice and consults on the science within their specialty. None has a clinical role inside Deepcare; clinical care for symptomatic concerns belongs with your physician.
Endocrinology
Graduated with honours from the Medical Academy in Białystok. Specialisation at the Department of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Medical University of Warsaw. Practice focus: thyroid and parathyroid disorders, hormonal disorders, PCOS, menstrual and fertility disorders, androgenic syndromes.
Gynaecology and obstetrics
Medical degree from University of Lausanne; residency in OB/GYN at AP-HP (Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris). FMH-registered, practising in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Over 27 years of international practice. Uses photobiostimulation in his own clinic.
Primary care
UCLA undergraduate, UCI medical school. Worked at the largest U.S. accountable-care organisation, a major participant in the Independence at Home program. Excellence in Geriatrics award (CSU, two locations in southeast Michigan). Executive MBA. Certification in AI in Medicine (ABAIM).
Wellness coaching
National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBCHWC), based in Switzerland. Stage 3 breast cancer survivor. Runs the Smart Cellution coaching program for cancer clients during and after treatment.
Nutrition
From Spain originally; spent most of her adult life in Asia studying nutrition practices across Western and Eastern traditions. Certifications: International Sports Science Association (US), Advanced Nutrition (Hong Kong University). Author of the Food Wisdom book series.
